What Are The Coaches Like?
All coaches are of good standard. They are all NON SMOKING and are fitted with:- toilets, reclining seats, onboard stereo and PA system. |

Where Will The Coach Pick Us Up?
See product booking details for a list of available coach pick up points. All pick up points are subject to minimum numbers and alterations. Certain pick up points will be very early to allow sufficient time to travel to the port.

How Will We Cross The Channel ?
We utilise with P&O Stenna Line and Sea France for ferry crossings. We also use the Super Sea Cat service to cross from Liverpool to Dublin. In some instances for trips to France we will use Le Shuttle and cross via the Euro Tunnel.
Ferry Crossing times - Dover (England) to Calais (France): Approx 75-90 Minutes.
Euro Tunnel Crossing times - Folkstone (England) to Calais (France):Approx 35 Minutes.
Ferry Crossing times - Stanraer (Scotland) to Larne (Northern Ireland):Approx 2 Hours 20 Minutes.
Sea Cat Crossing times - Liverpool (England) to Dublin (Republic Of Ireland):Approx 3 Hours 30 Minutes. |

What Are The Hotels Like ?
All hotels used have private facilities. We have twin and double rooms available and triple rooms for most tours. We also have single rooms at an additional cost and on request. All unnamed hotels for our tours will be part of a major chain. With most packages hotel upgrades are available, see product booking details for further information. Do We Need A Passport/Visa ?
Everyone travelling outside of the United Kingdom will be required to hold a valid passport, however EC Nationals do not need a visa. Non EC Nationals may be required to have a visa. In the case of doubt you should contact the appropriate embassy.

Receiving Travel Packs & Tickets
All travel packs with enclosed tickets are dispatched 7 to 14 days before departure by special delivery. (For coach packages tickets will be distributed onboard and documentation will be sent by normal post).
These packs will include local information, concert tickets and Hotel Information. In emergencies items may be left for collection at the hotel. |

Cancelling Your Booking ?
All cancellation requests must be sent to us in writing and need to be sent to this address:

We begin to incur expenditure from the time we receive your booking, and the deposit is paid to us as a sign of your willingness to utilise the travel arrangements and accommodation which we reserve on your behalf. If you wish to cancel your reservation you must do so in writing and the charges you incur will depend on the date on which we receive the written notification. It is in your own interest to give us as much notice as possible as cancellation charges incurred are on a sliding scale as detailed below.
Prior to 42 days of departure - loss of deposit
41-29 days before departure - 50% of total package cost or deposit if greater
28-14 days before departure - 75% of total package cost or deposit if greater
13 days before date of departure - 100% of total package cost or deposit if greater

Payment & Credit Card Charges ?
Credit/Debit card charges apply to all bookings. The amount depends on the tour operator being processing the booking. Charges are shown below. Please note that we do not accept Visa Electron cards.
All tour operators charge a maximum of 2.25% for credit cards and debit cards.
There is no charge for paying by cheque. If you wish to pay by cheque make sure it is made payable to the correct tour operator and send it to the address below.

Eurostar Information For Events In France
From London Waterloo or Ashford International in Kent to Paris Gare du Nord. For 2 night options the train will usually depart the day before the concert returnig the day after the concert (unless extra nights have been purchased). Various train times are usually available. For those travelling from London Waterloo we normally allocate the 09:09 or the 10:39 trains. The 9:09 train stops at Ashford Internation in Kent at 09:59. Return train times are usually 16:07 or 18:16. These times are subject to availability and are suject to change. |

Alterations By You
The following details shows charges applicable for any changes you may make to your reservation after we have received your booking and deposit. In all cases you must notify us or the tour operator in writing of your intention to make an alteration as soon as possible.
i) Please note that deposits cannot be transferred from one holiday to another.
ii) Providing you notify us more than 42 days (more than 70 days for air holidays) in advance of the original departure date you will be charged a maximum amendment fee of £20.00 per change - except Ticket events including Concerts, Theatres, Shows, Sporting Events etc. where no change can be made. Any administration costs incurred above this amount will be detailed to you prior to us making the changes on your behalf.
ii) If you change your holiday less than 28 days (70 days for air holidays) before the due date of departure it will be treated as a cancellation and cancellation charges will be levied.
iii) If you wish to make any other alterations to your original booking e.g.: change the pick up point, alter the type of room you require or make a spelling amendment to a name, you will be charged a maximum amendment fee of £20.00 per change (this amount may differ for air holidays). |
